1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、AKIHIRO OHNOが提供するiPhoneアプリ「SUMI PATH」、このサイト、およびこのサイトに記載するサポート窓口に適用されます。
2. アプリによるデータの収集
SUMI PATHは、問題、経路、ヒント、進行状況、設定、統計を端末内で処理します。ゲーム用アカウント、広告、広告識別子、分析SDK、追跡SDK、運営者独自のサーバー、独自ログ送信はありません。運営者がアプリからプレイ履歴や個人情報を受信する仕組みはありません。
カメラ、マイク、連絡先、位置情報は使用せず、既存の写真を読み取る権限も要求しません。
3. 当サイトのCloudflare配信
当サイトはCloudflare Workersを利用して配信しています。サイトの配信、通信の安全性の維持、不正利用の検知・防止のため、CloudflareがIPアドレス、アクセス日時、要求先、HTTPヘッダーなどのリクエスト情報、Cloudflare Ray ID、セキュリティイベント、その他配信に必要な技術情報を処理する場合があります。これはCloudflareによる必須のインフラ処理であり、アプリから運営者へプレイデータを送信することとは異なります。Cloudflareによる情報の取り扱いは、Cloudflareのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
当サイトはCookie、広告、任意のアクセス解析を使用しません。Workerの任意のObservabilityログも無効にしています。
4. 端末内に保存する情報
- 途中の経路、最後に遊んだ問題、クリア記録、ヒント利用数
- レベル進行、デイリー履歴、統計
- 言語、テーマ、音、振動、表示とアクセシビリティ設定
- AppleのStoreKitで最後に確認したFull Edition購入権利のローカルキャッシュ
独自のアカウント同期やiCloud同期機能はありません。OS設定により端末バックアップへ含まれる場合がありますが、運営者はそのバックアップを受信または参照できません。
5. Full EditionとAppleの通信
商品情報の取得、購入、購入の復元、購入権利の更新では、AppleのStoreKitとの通信やApple Accountの認証画面が必要になる場合があります。決済はAppleが処理し、運営者は決済カード情報やApple Accountのパスワードを取得・保存しません。
6. 盤面画像の共有
共有する盤面画像は端末内で作成され、運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。共有先と送信操作は利用者が選びます。「画像を保存」を選んだ場合に限り、写真へ追加する権限を求めることがあります。既存写真の読み取りは行いません。
7. リセットと削除
アプリ内の「全データをリセット」でプレイ記録と設定を初期化できます。iPhoneのストレージ設定でアプリを削除すると端末内データも削除されます。購入履歴はAppleが管理し、アプリ削除では消えません。
8. サポートへの連絡
利用者がapp.support.customer@gmail.comへ連絡した場合、運営者と利用するメールサービスは、メールアドレス、本文、任意の添付情報を受け取ります。問い合わせへの返信と合理的なフォローアップのためにのみ使用します。問い合わせ情報は、返信と合理的なフォローアップに必要な期間のみ保持し、その後削除します。ただし、法令上保存が必要な場合を除きます。
9. ポリシーの変更
機能や運用に伴って取り扱いが変わる場合、本ページとApp Store Connectの申告を更新します。

Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to the SUMI PATH iPhone app provided by AKIHIRO OHNO, this site, and the support contact listed on this site.
2. Data collection by the app
SUMI PATH processes puzzles, paths, hints, progress, settings, and statistics on the device. It has no gameplay account, ads, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, operator-run servers, or custom log uploads. The Operator has no mechanism for receiving gameplay history or personal information from the app.
The app does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, or location, and does not request permission to read existing photos.
3. Delivery of this site by Cloudflare
This site is delivered using Cloudflare Workers. To deliver the site, maintain connection security, and detect or prevent abuse, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request information such as access times, requested resources, and HTTP headers, Cloudflare Ray IDs, security events, and other technical information needed to provide the delivery service. This is necessary infrastructure processing by Cloudflare and is separate from any transmission of gameplay data from the app to the Operator. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for Cloudflare's handling of information.
This site does not use cookies, advertising, or optional traffic analytics. Optional Worker Observability logging is also disabled.
4. Information stored on the device
- Unfinished paths, last puzzle played, clear records, and hints used
- Level progress, daily history, and statistics
- Language, theme, sound, haptic, display, and accessibility settings
- A local cache of the Full Edition entitlement last verified through Apple StoreKit
The app has no app-specific account sync or iCloud sync feature. This information may be included in device backups depending on OS settings, but the Operator cannot receive or access those backups.
5. Full Edition and communication with Apple
Loading product information, purchasing, restoring a purchase, or updating an entitlement may require Apple StoreKit communication and an Apple Account authentication interface. Apple processes payment. The Operator does not obtain or store payment-card details or an Apple Account password.
6. Sharing board images
Board images are created on the device and are not sent to an Operator server. The user chooses the destination and whether to send the image. The app may request add-only Photos access when the user selects Save Image. It does not read existing photos.
7. Reset and deletion
Reset All Data in the app clears play records and settings. Deleting the app from iPhone Storage deletes its on-device data. Apple manages purchase history separately, and deleting the app does not erase it.
8. Contacting support
If a user emails app.support.customer@gmail.com, the Operator and the email services involved receive the email address, message, and any voluntarily attached information. It is used only to reply to the request and provide reasonable follow-up. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to reply and provide reasonable follow-up, then deleted, except when retention is required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
If app features or operations change this handling, this page and the App Store Connect disclosures will be updated.
