お問い合わせの前に
アプリのバージョンとビルド番号、iOSのバージョン、iPhoneの機種、問題が起きるまでの操作、表示されたエラーをお知らせください。購入に関する場合は、購入・復元・保留・取消のどの場面かも添えてください。
Apple Accountのパスワード、決済カード情報、確認コード、保存データ、個人的な写真など、調査に不要な機密情報は送らないでください。

どこまで無料で遊べますか？
通常レベル1〜40、練習6問、デイリー365問、ヒント、全テーマ、統計を無料で利用できます。広告やサブスクリプションはありません。
Full Editionでは何が解放されますか？
一度きりの非消費型アプリ内課金で、通常レベル41〜430と、10レベルごとの高難度ステージ以外の答えプレビューを解放します。現在価格はアプリ内の購入画面にApp Storeから取得して表示します。
購入を復元すると進行状況も戻りますか？
いいえ。「購入を復元」は同じApple AccountのFull Edition購入権利を確認する操作です。レベルのクリア記録や途中盤面を復元する機能ではありません。
オフラインで遊べますか？
通常のゲームプレイ、問題、ヒント、進行状況の保存は端末内で動作します。商品情報の取得、購入、復元、購入権利の更新にはAppleとの通信が必要になる場合があります。
このサポートサイトはどのように配信されますか？
Cloudflare Workersを利用しています。Cloudflareがサイト配信と不正利用防止に必要な技術情報を処理する場合がありますが、当サイトはCookie、広告、任意のアクセス解析を使用しません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
データを削除するには？
アプリ内の「全データをリセット」でプレイ記録と設定を初期化できます。アプリと端末内データを削除する場合は、iPhoneの「設定」→「一般」→「iPhoneストレージ」→「SUMI PATH」→「アプリを削除」を使用してください。購入履歴はAppleが管理します。

SUMI PATH is an iPhone path puzzle: connect numbers that add up to 10 and fill every open cell without crossing paths.
Before contacting support
Please include the app version and build, iOS version, iPhone model, steps leading to the issue, and the exact error shown. For a purchase issue, tell us whether it occurred during purchase, restore, pending approval, or cancellation.
Do not send an Apple Account password, payment-card details, verification codes, saved app data, personal photos, or other sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Frequently asked questions
What can I play for free?
Levels 1–40, 6 practice puzzles, 365 daily puzzles, hints, all themes, and statistics are free. There are no ads or subscriptions.
What does Full Edition unlock?
This one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks Levels 41–430 and answer previews except on each 10-level high-difficulty stage. The purchase screen displays the current price provided by the App Store.
Does Restore Purchases restore my progress?
No. Restore Purchases confirms the Full Edition entitlement for the same Apple Account. It does not restore level clears or unfinished boards.
Can I play offline?
Ordinary gameplay, puzzles, hints, and progress saving run on the device. A connection to Apple may be required to load product information, purchase, restore, or update the entitlement.
How is this support site delivered?
It uses Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse, but this site does not use cookies, advertising, or optional traffic analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Reset All Data in the app clears play records and settings. To delete the app and its on-device data, use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → SUMI PATH → Delete App. Apple manages purchase history separately.
